Delivery

The tags are usually engraved and shipped within 24 hours after we receive your payment. Average delivery time is 5 to 7 days.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling, and postage. They may contain a fixed price and a variable price based on the value or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items into one order, as we cannot group two distinct orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products.

Transport insurance is included with oversized packaging.
